The device is perfect, it looks brand new. It's clear it was originally sold by a Korean operator as the operator screen appears when starting and shutting the phone, and the phone arrives with Korean apps and settings. It's easy enough to reset, but if it was done by the refurbishing company, it would be better. Very happy to have bought it on Backmarket though, it's a great deal.

The positives: Price delivery and condition of the phone. It's in perfect condition, like new. The negative: On powering up everything, and I mean everything, was in Korean, totally indecipherable. It took considerable time using Google translate to even get the basics back to English without consenting to who knows what. Now that it's sorted I'm really pleased with the phone.
