Everything was perfect, phone and customer service excellent, the only issue is it’s my first android after always having iPhones and I just can’t get on with it so it’s back to my old iPhone! But that’s obviously no reflection of the s9 which is in excellent condition. Thank you!!

I am not one to buy refurbished or secondhand phones, so i was a bit hesident about this purchase, but glad i did, i must the delivery was very fast and the phone condition is like it just came out of the box with not a scratch on it. Phone looks brand new and everything worls as it should camera, speakers etc. Definitley recommend buying of backmarket.

Ordered Samsung Galaxy s9 from this provider, after 3 months the phone display started to flicker and the device become unresponsive. The provider replaced the device as covered by the BackMarket warranty. Recently the replacement device as developed the same problem as the original device (flickering display/unresponsive) but I am out of warranty so have no recourse. I have ordered other phones through BackMarket and had no issues but this experience has made me feel let down.

I recommend, the phone looks like new and works very well, flawless! I hope it will last me a long time
