Given that it's my first smartphone and I knew nothing about it, I preferred to wait several months to familiarise myself with it before giving an opinion. The early days were difficult because it had to be configured (Google account, Samsung account, unlock password, etc.) and I even crashed it. Now it's been working very well for several months and I'm completely satisfied. I haven't noticed any problems to date.

It is now the second smartphone I buy from Back Market, and this one also works fine. I had bought a device that was listed as excellent and externally, I have not been able to detect a scratch and the device works properly. I am satisfied.

The phone was received extremely quickly and well packaged. It was also of a very high standard, virtual no scratches despite being classed as good. Totally delighted with it - it was a gift for my sister and with a phone case I purchased looks brand new. Great phone, its the S9 plus, I have a S9 which is 5 years old and keeps going so this is why I chose this phone. Highly recommend this company!

I'm not holding a grudge because I recommended back market, following a dispute 2 years ago with back market, but I still trust them, and for the moment my wife is happy with her purchase, which is exactly what I ordered.

perfect smartphone! but delivery very complicated! with a deliveryman who demands a code that he hasn't received and then doesn't turn up when the code has finally been sent... I gave up on home delivery and went to pick it up at a relay point! whereas on the 1st day, the deliveryman had my parcel in his hand... infuriating! I didn't have that much to do chasing after a parcel!
