Ordered Samsung Galaxy s9 from this provider, after 3 months the phone display started to flicker and the device become unresponsive. The provider replaced the device as covered by the BackMarket warranty. Recently the replacement device as developed the same problem as the original device (flickering display/unresponsive) but I am out of warranty so have no recourse. It takes patience to buy something functional on Back Market. I finally have a working smartphone after a long time, because if the hardware is not well checked by the refurbishers, the friendliness of the after sales service is good. I would suggest putting pressure on the refurbishers who do not check their equipment properly, and compensating justified returns, price not being the only criterion, but the disappointment for an inoperative equipment and the time lost being important.
