livraison en temps et en heure dans un très bon état. Après quelques jours d utilisation il donne pleine satisfaction. Petit bémol, la batterie ne semble pas très résistante. il faudrait inclure avec l'appareil, l'ensemble des tests effectués et les pièces changées pour le reconditionnement.

Première fois que je m'achète un téléphone reconditionné, j'avais un peu peur de franchir le pas mais le site avait l'air très sérieux. Et bien je ne suis pas déçue^^ Téléphone au top, il est vraiment "comme neuf", fonctionne à merveille. Le fait qu'il a eu une ancienne vie lui donne encore plus de valeur à mes yeux. Je n'ai pas eu besoin de contacter le service client, mais le fait qu'on soit bien accompagnés par mail suite à l'achat me donne l'image d'une équipe très sérieuse et soucieuse de la qualité du service. Je recommande à 200%, et reviendrai très certainement ici pour des achats futurs^^

Phone arrived quickly, really well packaged, complete with a brand new charging lead and still with some of the protective film on. Really happy with yet another purchase from Back Market. Why anyone would buy brand new when refurbished/returned is such a massive saving and so much better for the environment to boot! Now if I could just get my wife to stop dropping her phone.......

Super téléphone, galaxy S9+ : > acheté en état "acceptable" (niveau 1/3) quelques petites rayures sur la coque mais on s'en fou tant qu'il marche > La batterie a bien été changée, (health "good" avec un batterychecker) > Installation de LineageOS sans problème > Chargeur d'une autre marque, mais acceptable. Super téléphone, vive le backmarket et stop à la construction de nouveau téléphone !

Je suis satisfait de mon achat. J'apprécie notammenr sa vitesse de rechargement. Seul bémol : la connexion Bluetooth avec le système audio de ma voiture ne tient pas. Avec mes précédents smartphones il n'y a jamais eu de problèmes
