A little better than my old S7 Edge, also refurbished via Back Market, which I trust completely.

Everything is fine. I am very happy with this product. I don't regret buying it refurbished at all.

An instrument that meets my expectations very well: not very big, good reception, interesting functions, good ergonomics, very good battery life. I had a bit of trouble with the lock setting, which went on quickly despite a longer setting request. I don't understand everything. Another problem is that voice input for text messages requires an internet connection, which wasn't the case on my old phone. I imagine that's the case with all new generation phones, unfortunately! But I have to admit that I don't like being permanently connected to the network. For me it's a bit annoying but too bad unless someone knows how to change this setting. In any case, I'd recommend this phone. With the right protection, it's a safe bet.

Order processed very quickly, unpacking, wow, the phone is in perfect condition although I had taken the lowest option for the overall appearance. Impeccable screen, neat packaging, start-up, perfect, the phone is as good as new. The big problem is that after a day of not very intensive use (little mobile data, no location...) the phone drops to 15% battery and shuts down! The battery is barely at 50% of its original capacity... Shame, it could have been a faultless phone!

No problems with the device itself. 2 comments: 1) I didn't need a charger or an earpiece (if you're going to be virtuous, you might as well go all the way), 2) the instructions are written in white on a yellow background in size 8 font: it's pretty... but illegible.

Another successful deal for Back Market. I'm on my third phone, and it's always amazing the quality of the refurbished product.
