Le Galaxy S7 reçu est un modèle USA. Pourtant sur le site, la référence constructeur était pourtant bien le modèle français. Le problème est qu'il n'est pas possible d'envoyer un mms avec le modèle USA. La norme de compression des mms aux USA n'est pas la même qu'en France. Bref l'opérateur bloque le mms car trop volumineux. J'ai renvoyé le S7 au reconditionneur et commandé un autre S7 chez un autre reconditionneur. Suggestion : demander aux reconditionneurs de ne pas envoyer des Galaxy USA. Pour le S7, la bonne référence est SM-G930F. Le F signifiant Français. Le modèle reçu était SM-G930U. Le U signifiant USA.

Samsung S7 qui a tenu 3 ans et il marche encore. Ravie de mon achat. Je reviens sur ce site, pour acquérir le S20+, en espérant que je saurai tout aussi satisfaite. J'espère qu'ils me reprendront l'ancien, il est nickel, il a toujours été protégé. je recommande ce site, et surtout le reconditionné qui fait du bien à la planète ;)

2ème expérience identique avec un Samsung Galaxy S où le micro dysfonctionne au bout d'environ 1 an (sur téléphone reconditionné, j'entends)... Le soucis n'est probablement pas en lien avec le reconditionnement, mais probablement davantage avec une obsolescence programmée par Samsung... Dommage !

I was delighted with my reconditioned Samsung S7 phone ordered from Back Market. It arrived next day delivery in excellent condition as described, including a few unexpected extras which were gratefully received. Only one thing missing from your customer service is a phone number for technical advice. I had a problem transferring photos from the phone to my PC and didn't know if this was a fault on the phone or a phone setting requiring attention. With no means of talking to anybody in Back Market, I had to search the internet for several hours before finding the cause and a solution to the problem. Your help system is too complex with multiple vague questions and ending up in only two options, namely to send it back or ask for a refund, neither of which was necessary in this instance. A bit of technical advice is all that I needed. Now that the proper USB configuration has been set on the phone, transferring photos to my PC is working fine and I'm happy with my purchase once more.

Super speedy delivery ! (this is my 2nd order) Unfortunatley the phone had a screen fault - these things happen. I sent it back on Monday, and had a replacement/refurbished phone back on the Friday - no complaints here. I have, and will continue to recommend !

Très satisfaite du produit, mais livraison plus tardive que annoncée... (le lundi au lieu du vendredi, après avoir passé une journée entière à guetter le livreur...) Déçue aussi que le reconditionneur (et donc l'expéditeur) soit basé en Pologne plutôt qu'en France; je pensais que vous travailliez encore avec "les ateliers du bocage" d'où venaient les précédents produits que je vous avais achetés; la prochaine fois je commanderai donc directement sur leur site...

La couleur n'est pas la bonne, le téléphone est gris au lieu de blanc... De plus, il affiche "Orange" au démarrage, donc le reconditionnement laisse un peu à désirer... Reste à voir l'état de la batterie, car arrivé chargé à 34%, et à plat en moins de 15 minutes, ça interroge. Ça ne m'empêchera de racheter sur le site, mais ça gâche un peu le plaisir de Madame.
