    Samsung S23 phone arrived faulty. While its appearance was pristine, the basic phone feature - the microphone was not functioning. It was very disappointing, as I spent a day customising the phone and transferring the data, and all the other time I spent in research. Had to send the phone back. The item return was smooth,free, got the refund within company's set time line with no further messing which is good.
