Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G 512GB - Dark Red - Unlocked

Have had the phone about 10 days. Can't fault it. It arrived like new. Have ordered from Back Market before. Had a problem with a previous order and they hamdled it really well. When all is going good its easy. but when theres a problem and it gets solved quickly and professionally, thats 5* for me.

Ordered on a Monday night and it arrived early Wednesday afternoon. Phone looks and behaves like new. Thanks Backmatket, you guys are great and much better than your rivals. See yis again in 2 years for an upgrade

I received my Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G 256GB within a few days of ordering. The phone was flawless, not a single mark or blemish as if it was a BRAND NEW phone. The only problem I encountered was that the phone had been "rooted" which prevents me from using the "biometric security" features that Samsung imbedded in the operating system. The phone has been returned to the seller who is hoping to source a replacement of the same specification. The support team in Back Market have been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process, acting as a liaison between me and the seller and keeping me updated on a regular basis. Hoping to source a suitable replacement shortly.

Ordered a S22 ultra with new battery as new. Came promptly. Well packed. Looks new. Having used it every day since getting it, the battery lasts about a day, maybe a little more. I watch you tube, tic toc, reddit and browse on the web. So i think that for the money, I've done well. No issues thus far. Needless to say the phone is great.

great device lol wife accidentally dropped it 5 days after purchase..wish I could sell it back and buy another 1 if the price difference is reasonable

Had the phone for about 2 weeks now, may as well have been brand new, no marks or scratches anywhere on the phone. Battery life still great
