really great service, fantastic delivery and unlike the other refurb sites the phone arrived in a box with a great charger and looking brand new, very happy with this product,very happy with it's condition and the follow up emails making sure I'm happy with the phone.will definitely use this site again.

The phone was described as Premier condition, and it is, not a mark on it anywhere and looks like new. Tracking the phone as it came through the delivery service was useful, I could see it making progress towards me. I did the usual authenticity checks on the phone, EMEI number etc, to make sure it is what it looks like and it's genuine. It was originally for the Japanese market so there were a few issues with some of the built in apps using Japanese characters but I was able to change all of them to English. After using Smart Switch to transfer my old phone data to this S22 all is good. A great service at a great price.

I'm really happy to have been able to pick a refurbished phone over a new one in order to help with sustainability. I loved the minimal packaging and the delivery time was impressively quick. The phone itself came in perfect condition externally. Functionally it has some touch screen issues. It doesn't respond correctly sometimes for what I'm pressing on for example. It also can get really hot, for example once I was taking a few (1-3 minute) videos in a row while having my hotspot turned on and it got so excessively warm that a warning sign came up. All in all I would buy from here again no problem.

absolutely delighted with my phone! got it in good condition but really it's in excellent condition!! had a slight issue with delivery as I paid for express but was unable to receive the express due to bank holidays so I was refunded for this and the customer service was honest just fabulous!! Will definitely be buying from back market again !!😁

Quick and reliable delivery. Phone in excellent condition. Battery life isn't great but I'm not sure if that's just my settings or the phone itself

It's easy on back market to find what you're looking for. There is a ton of choice. I would recommend it highly. My partner will be next.
