Great service.. quick delivery.. ONLY gripe if I had one was that we can't use Klarna on the page, which would have made additional purchases simpler. We had to use refurbed as they do offer that service and as a household of twelve we buy a LOT of phones so would make good business sense to adopt it

great phone, like new. the only problem I have us when I was ordering I looked up the specs and it said it was a G988b, which is the European version firmware. I wanted this because I had already bought the same phone from refurbed.ie and they sent me a G988u1 phone, the problem was it's on US Firmware and I could not get it to update to latest firmware. they took it back and promised me a replacement but never followed through. this phone even though it's set to USA region firmware has updated ok, but only downside it's only got American English version. I think you should only sell phones that have regional based firmware to the same firmeare region. for example I should have received a Gʻ988B phone.

Ordered very good condition and received the phone with no scratches or any visible defects. I have the phone 4 weeks and the battery life has been perfect. The delivery of the phone was before the estimated time and used the sustainable packaging as other reviews have mentioned which is great. I will definitely be getting a refurbished phone from now on after this experience

Before buying, I had spent quite a bit of time researching the phone followed by lots of shopping round for the best prices. Coming up to and including on the day of Black Friday, prices seemed to fluctuate wildly, both up and down but in the end, I got the best price here. Ordering was reasonably easy although it did take two goes to actually pay for it. Delivery was several days later than was predicted but in my case that was not a major issue. Phone was, as advertised, in excellent condition. Transfer from my old Samsung was for the most part easy and automatic although did have trouble with WhatsApp. Battery life is disappointing with no more than 24 hours medium use but that seems to be the way and I doubt a brand new phone would be much better. Overall happy experience.

I purchased the Galaxy S21 Ultra 512GB model in good condition and it did arrive in good condition indeed. Screen - mint condition. I'm very happy, only thing is I had to get a fast charger for it. Also, battery is somewhat average but in fairness I didn't expect it to be much better anyway (lasts about a day with medium usage). Shopping experience was absolutely fantastic 👌 💯 I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
