Phone works perfectly and came in fantastic condition, and so quickly!

Delivered quickly. Software seems ok. Chip on phone's metal casing where it dropped or was scratched. Good value... Pity case didn't arrive with it. Waiting 2 weeks and still not delivered

Das ist mein erstes refurbished Smartphone und ich bin begeistert. Der Händler hat tolle Arbeit geleistet und es so übergeben wie beschrieben. Das Smartphone hat auch schon eine Härtetest in Form eines Urlaubs mitgemacht und voll bestanden. Die Akkuleistung ist auch in Ordnung. Das display ust im tadellosen Zustand und das Gehäuse hat eine kleine kerbe, die mich aber nicht stört, da es gebraucht ist und eine Hülle um das Telefon ist und man es dadurch nicht sieht. Wenn ich in Zukunft wieder ein Telefon brauche weiß ich wo ich suchen muss.

J'utilise mon Samsung S21 ultra depuis plus d'un mois, jusque là je suis très contente! J'ai pu faire le transfère depuis mon ancien samsung, du coup rien à paramétrer. Je suis particulièrement satisfaite de l'appareil photo et du zoom de super qualité. Point positif, la DAS de ce téléphone est assez faible, donc moins d'ondes . Attention toutefois, le S21 ultra est un peu lourd et la batterie, qui n'était pas neuve, se décharge assez vite en utilisation forte. Le téléphone est parfaitement compatible avec toutes les appli françaises mais j'ai fait attention à choisir un reconditionneur français et super bien noté (prix du tel un peu plus élevé). Envoi très rapide et soigné, le téléphone était bien calé dans son emballage avec câble de chargement. C'était mon premier achat recondionné, je trouve que ça vaut vraiment le coup!

This is a fantastic phone and I totally recommend it. I was initially skeptical about buying a refurbished phone but I saw all the positive reviews and decided to give it a shot. I went for the "good" option just to be safe and I was totally satisfied with my purchase. The phone looks new with an unnoticeable scratch at the back. Other than that, it is totally worth it. I'm enjoying the phone. Thumbs up to the Back Market for their excellent customer service. I will surely come back for more. 😊
