Fast delivery which was great. Quality of my refurbished Samsung s21+ was near perfect. Zero scratches or marks on the phone. Have had the phone about a month now and still perfect. The charging cable was not a fast charge cable but not a big deal as had one from previous phone. Would highly recommend backmarket.ie, and I will be shopping here again in future.

He comprado un Samsung Galaxy S21+ al proveedor Tech Limited y cual no sería mi sorpresa cuando al abrirlo, el teléfono estaba en perfectas condiciones pero cuando lo enciendo, el modelo enviado es SM-G996N, modelo para mercado coreano, y no el SM-G996B, que es el modelo para europa y es el anunciado por el proveedor Tech Liited.. Muy decepcionada ya que, al leer comentarios de otros clientes, he descubierto que este modelo me dará muchos problemas, lo he devuelto. Confiando en Back Market y su prestigio, he hecho otro pedido igual que el anterior pero esta vez, con otro proveedor llamado ecomobile, pues me ha pasado exactamente lo mismo!! Back Market debiera controlar mejor la calidad que prestan sus reacondicionadores, que sean veraces en lo que ofertan al cliente, yo me aseguré de pedir los teléfonos que tuvieran el modelo correcto y así eran anunciados, solo para después llevarme la mala sorpresa de que no me llegaba el modelo correcto. Creo que mi confianza en Back Market ha ido de 10 a 3 en un par de semanas, me encuentro esperando el reembolso del primer pedido y ahora, si no hay otra solución, tambien temdré que devolver el segundo teléfono.
