Very happy with purchase. I did a little extra cleaning with some cotton buds around the buttons and ports. It has performed very good so far and once put in a phone case almost impossible to tell of any wear and tear. Thank you.

Das Handy wurde schnell geliefert und funktioniert einwandfrei, von daher alles perfekt. Einziger Minuspunkt: der Zusteller konnte es zuhause bei mir nicht direkt abliefern, da ich nicht da war. Deshalb wurde es in ein Paketzentrum gebracht. Grundsätzlich nicht schlimm, aber dann könnte man ja wenigstens eine kurze Nachricht in den Briefkasten stecken, damit der Kunde bescheid weiß, anstatt erst alles abzusuchen und die Nachbarn zu fragen und sich dann durch die Paketverfolgung zu quälen. Das könnte man definitiv besser machen!

super content au début, livraison rapide, l'appareil neuf le tout très bien. Par contre un soucis avec le zoom au bout de quelques mois le rendant inutilisable + l'impossibilité de faire la mise à jour du firmware raison de l'origine de l'appareil. Toutefois retour et remboursement en un rien de temps.

J'ai acheté ce téléphone il y a 6 mois et je me suis rendu compte au cours de son utilisation qu'il avait tendance à surchauffer et que des problèmes étaient apparus au niveau du module photo (aucun focus en X1 et x5 défectueux). Je décide donc de faire appel a la garantie commerciale 12 mois et revoie donc mon appareil avec ses accessoires au reconditionneur : BON MARCHÉ. Après des échanges très opaques et l'impossibilité d'avoir un numéro de téléphone pour avoir plus d'informations je reçois l'appareil soit disant réparé (pb de focus et zoom réparé mais surchauffe persistante) mais tous les accessoires ainsi que la boite d'origine dans laquelle j'avais envoyé l'appareil de sont pas revenu. J'ai ainsi perdu mon chargeur USB C 3A mes écouteurs Samsung USB C et la boite d'origine! Je pense que le reconditionneur a profité du fait que je n'ai pas pensé à joindre les photos de ces accessoire avant envoi pour me les subtiliser. difficile de faire confiance a Back market maintenant.
