Phone in good condition, very fast delivery, as described. However, this is not a reconditioned phone for use in France. It doesn't work on the 4G or 5G network, but on the LTE network, and the option to block spam on the phone is greyed out because it's not French, which is rather annoying given the ten or so spam messages we receive every day.

It was time to swap my Samsung S7 for this superb S20, which I promptly received in mint condition for less than £200. It's superb and lives up to all its promises. We'll soon forget about the anecdotal Koss headphones that came with it, which doesn't really matter given the choice available on the market. Long live refurbished! Go for it!

Rian to say except that, as with every order placed with Backmarket (1 makbook air, 3 iphones, 4 samsungs), everything is perfect, the phone is like new (perfect condition as described), very fast delivery and moreover, the phone arrives in a transparent protective case, offered by the refurbisher. The only negative point is the lack of an original charger, but there is a USBC cable. But for the price, I don't find that a problem, especially as there are always old chargers or cables lying around in the drawers. Thanks BackMarket 😀

My reconditioned phone is perfect. I'm very happy with it. However, I was surprised by the retailer who claimed to be based in France when in fact my parcel and invoice came from Spain. A problematic lack of transparency.

The laptop (reconditioned) looks like new, no scratches (I chose "perfect condition"), I'm delighted with my purchase. The laptop charges in 1h30 (I didn't take the new battery), but I was informed, no worries, it's more than reasonable. Great price and super fast delivery, many thanks!
