Ich habe ein Samsung S20FE / Dual Sim Hybrid bestellt. Der Preis ist vergleichsweise außerordentlich fair, das Handy in gutem Zustand und ein passendes Ladekabel (ohne Stecker) war inklusive. Das Handy konnte ich inzwischen über 2 Wochen ausprobieren und bisher läuft alles tadellos. 1 Punkt Abzug da bei dem ausgesuchten Modell "sehr gut" als Zustand auf der Webseite angegeben war. Das Handy, dass dann geliefert wurde hatte Status "gut" und hatte eine Delle am Rahmen der Camera. Funktion wird dadurch nicht beeinflusst, aber das ist eben der Unterschied von "sehr gut" (bestellt) und "gut" geliefert. Anregung: Bei refurbished Geräten, die "Details" aufweisen und daher nicht als sehr gut bewertet werden können, kurz die Mängel, selbt wenn es nur Schönheitsfehler sind, im Angebot des Gerätes sichtbar listen.

I love my new phone. very fast shipped. I only wish they had sent the plug with the cable, but considering that is refurbished, I am very happy with the price and phone. I bought from here before and I will be a returning customer again if needed.

Je vous avoue que j'ai été très sceptique d'acheter un téléphone reconditionné et surtout en ligne mais après avoir eu des avis positifs de mon entourage, je me suis lancé pour la toute première fois et je ne regrette absolument rien. Le téléphone est comme neuf alors que j'ai pris un "très bon état". Je rachèterai sur back market sans hésiter

J'avais un peu peur du reconditionné mais le téléphone est tout neuf et fonctionne parfaitement. Seul petit bémol j'ai eu une version américaine qui ne prend pas en charge l'identification des spam téléphonique par rapport à la version française. Mais cela se corrige avec une application comme hyia.

el móvil ma va muy bien quede muy contenta porque no pensaba que fuera tan bien un móvil reacondicionado, va muy bien en todos los sentidos incluso la batería, lo hago servir muchísimo así que genial!! lo recomiendo y de echo volveré a backmarket para otra compra!!!!

Déjà la 3ème fois que je commande chez Backmarket. Rien à redire, Galaxy S20 FE en parfait état comme décrit; juste la coque prévue avec une petite tache dommage. Telephone qui fonctionne très bien ! Très bon rapport qualité prix. Satisfaite!

Das Smartphone war schnell da und konnte unkompliziert eingerichtet werden. Optisch auch so wie beschrieben. Bei dem Akku war ich anfänglich skeptisch, habe aber nach ein paar Tagen keine Einschränkungen mehr. Bin zufrieden.
