It is the second purchase I have made..the first was for a samsung s21..now I have purchased a reconditioned samsung s20...I have tried it and I must say that I was very satisfied...the phone is like new. It has only 2 scratches on the frame, otherwise it is perfect...like the s21. I was a little disappointed because unlike the s21, this one was delivered without the original box and without any charger... but it doesn't matter. I will buy from this site again.. Thanks

Purchased Galaxy S20 128GB - Grey - Unlocked from Mobile Reborn Ltd Through Back Market and it has arrived in Excellent condition as requested. It was Double boxed with large Bubble shock absorber protection in the larger box and sponge protection in the inner box around the phone. I have run a Diagnostic through the Device Care on the phone and every thing seems to be working fine. I have only just received it and time will tell going forward so fingers crossed everything will be great. Only minor gripe was there was No Charging Cable in the box however based on the way the phone was packaged and the condition of the phone I have no hesitation in recommending Mobile Reborn Ltd/Back Market

Hi, I was waiting a bit before writing to be sure. I'm having a few problems: 1/The sound from my microphone regularly goes back to minimum. So I'm missing calls, 2/ the lighting regularly reverts to auto mode without me asking it to, so my screen is sometimes too dark for my eyesight, 3/ when I want to transfer photos from my phone to my PC, I do get the usb message... but the Samsung icon doesn't always appear on my PC and when I do get it and click, the folder is empty! Item is functional and in condition as described. But ... I experienced this in 2021 with my first purchase (returned) and it's still the case with this one: CSC code XAA = American mobile phone. So what's the impact? It seems moderate but it's there for those who use Samsung Pay? Checking the French CSC code, to be added to Backmarket's quality requirements and tests? In any case, as far as I'm concerned, this would be the last hurdle I'd have to jump before I could buy and recommend Backmarket to my friends and family!
