The phone works perfectly. The only small problem I encounter is the battery life which lasts barely a day. Being the first time I buy a refurbished product I should have chosen the option with a new battery.

Bought an S20+ in excellent condition. Fast delivery and perfect laptop. I found no scratches or bumps. For a refurbished phone, that's pretty good. After just over 2 months of use, I can confirm that the phone works perfectly, no lag or bugs, the screen is perfect. However, we have to face facts, the battery that lasted 24 hours when we bought it only lasts 8 hours max... after 2 months it's a shame, especially when you have to make a battery to change it after 2 months... hello ecology. But it does make small repairers happy.

Samsung S20+ phone in perfect condition both aesthetically and functionally, very fast delivery, ordered in the afternoon and received the next day, I don't give 5/5 because the phone ordered should have been grey and the one received is black.

The phone is pretty clean, but there's a big problem with the battery, which shuts down at 6%. I think we should have changed the battery and put in a new one, even if it's not new, as this one is really cooked.

parcel arrived in excellent condition with no damage to the box or contents and on the day given after placing the order the phone arrived with cable and sim pin and arrived loaded which may seem like nothing but is a lot I will most likely repurchase from here

Device was like new, really in great condition. Everything worked and it arrived neatly packaged and clean. It was also delivered very quickly. The only criticism is the non-original cable that came with it, we did not trust it.
