Perfect condition as described

Très bonne expérience sur le site avec un suivi client au top mais par contre, j'ai acheté un Galaxy S10 il y a un peu plus d'un an et il bug depuis plusieurs mois, il s'éteind tout seul, les applications se ferment toutes seules, ma carte sim n'est pas reconnu, je dois sans arrêt l'éteindre pour récupérer un réseau... Je vais donc acheter un nouveau mobile mais NEUF cette fois-ci car hélas, je ne fais plus confiance au reconditionné...

I bought this phone 3 and a half years ago. Unfortunately today I have to say goodbye to it, as it got broken by accident. It worked perfectly until now, just gave some problem from time to time the last months, but it's old, can't complain, still happy and sad that I have to let it go. The only thing one should take into account is to chek it up as soon as it arrives, I noticed a couple of days later that the back was not perfectly closed (they say on the description that it should not be used under the water, just in case, so no big deal, no complain about it), but I kept an eye on it, and it didn't give me any problems related to the matter. Today I bought my new refurbished phone, hope to have the same experience! Delivery was great too, I needed it fast and I received it as scheduled :)

Gerätezustand: Gut Das Smartphone an sich ist super, kann man sich absolut nicht beschweren. Kleiner Riss auf der Rückseite aber das war bei dem Preis total okay. Das Einzige was gestört hat, war, dass das Smartphone total schmutzig ankam und aussah, als hätte man es einmal durch den Matsch gezogen.

Tout est parfait, c'est un reconditionné mais j'ai l'impression d'avoir un neuf ! La livraison a été très rapide et faite très soigneusement.
