Perfect condition as described

Very good experience on the site with top customer support but on the other hand, I bought a Galaxy S10 a little over a year ago and it has been buggy for several months, it switches itself off, the applications close by themselves, my sim card is not recognised, I have to switch it off all the time to get a network... So I'm going to buy a new phone, but NEW this time, because I don't trust refurbished phones any more...

The smartphone is OK but I started off by searching through the form for a SAMSUNG Galaxy S10 Plus and didn't realise that in the end, when I added my preferences, I ended up with a regular Galaxy S10, a good product but I wanted the bigger screen. This aspect of the platform should be improved.

I bought the mobile phone especially because my husband has had the same model for many years. Unfortunately, the camera is much worse than our old Galaxy S10 in diffuse lighting conditions and especially when taking photos in the dark, for reasons I don't understand. The colour reproduction is also much cooler/paler. Very unfortunate and disappointing.

I bought this phone 3 and a half years ago. Unfortunately today I have to say goodbye to it, as it got broken by accident. It worked perfectly until now, just gave some problem from time to time the last months, but it's old, can't complain, still happy and sad that I have to let it go. The only thing one should take into account is to chek it up as soon as it arrives, I noticed a couple of days later that the back was not perfectly closed (they say on the description that it should not be used under the water, just in case, so no big deal, no complain about it), but I kept an eye on it, and it didn't give me any problems related to the matter. Today I bought my new refurbished phone, hope to have the same experience! Delivery was great too, I needed it fast and I received it as scheduled :)
