I ordered a Samsung galaxy note 20 5G the day before yesterday, it left Madrid and today it has already arrived!!! I DIDN'T BELIEVE MY EYES!!! ONLY ONE DAY!!! I was so afraid to open the parcel and find maybe a rifled smartphone, despite having ordered an excellent one. It is the first time I buy a refurbished. Guys AMAZING!!! LIKE NEW INDEED!!! It was a bit of a slog to set the keyboard and settings in Italian but that's normal. I've only been using it for three hours and it works great! The only flaw, I must emphasise is that it came with a single sim instead of a dual, despite what it said and how I would have liked it. But to avoid the hassle of sending it back etc.. Etc I'm keeping it that way, as I was lucky enough to have purchased a product that was GALACTIC in every way!!!

this is the second time I've used you guys for a phone . First one was a I phone 12 mini for my son and was in amazing condition my son loves it. second phone was for me Samsung note 20 again fast delivery both came a day before the delivery date and again my phone amazing condition pretty much brand new I will always use you guys for now on

With the app and Back Market itself, I am satisfied. But I unfortunately didn't look carefully and ordered the wrong phone, I wanted the Note 20 Ultra. Also, the battery of the device drains very quickly that's a shame. Device I don't use, it's in the cupboard. waste of my money.

The phone was delivered on time and in recycled packaging as stated. It is in great condition and as advertised. Just started using it yesterday. This is my first purchase of a refurbished device and was little skeptical, till I got the device in my hands. This is a great initiative and you have got a life long, loyal customer in me. Very good product for being refurbished. Very good quality, nothing to say. The delivery service was impeccable and on time as agreed.

This is my third purchase experience. Smartphone as good as new: purchased in the 'Excellent' category it has no scratches or marks. Battery life of about 1.5 days with fairly heavy use between calls and data traffic. Excellent purchase. Experience I will repeat.
