I am reasonably satisfied. The phone works perfectly. Only the battery is shown as "Bad" by the Samsung diagnostics app. It doesn't even last a whole day with moderate use. I would have hoped for more. I don't want to know what would have happened if I had opted for a lower category.

perfect condition but problem with the stylus which doesn't work at all on about 2cm square of the screen, as well as the fingerprint sensor which doesn't work because it's not calibrated. It's cool that the screen is new, but I'd have preferred it to be scratched and functional.

Paid 140 GBP for 'Good Condition'. Pretty Happy with the Item. Phone's condition was really good. Received in 1 day. Using it now for the last 2 months. Very tiny marks on the body. No dents. Display has zero marks. Camera quality is perfect. The only thing is the battery backup. I understand these phones were normally manufactured in 2020. The battery will degrade in 4 years, which is very common. I had a Note 10 lite before in 2021 and used to get 5.5 hours of SOT. On this one, I am getting 4~4.5 hours of SOT.

I bought this note 10 plus because I lost my old identical phone but not reconditioned which suited me perfectly. I bought this one to pay less and in comparison very little to complain about. Apart from the battery which really doesn't last as long as my original phone... A bit of a shame, but for everything else I was really pleasantly surprised.

I received my Galaxy Note 10 to replace the old one, it's beautiful, almost new, but it was delivered without a charger even though it wasn't specified... it's not the first time I've ordered from Back Market, but it's the first time I've bought a refurbished laptop where there's no charger. I am disappointed but still happy with the quality that I bought which is in line with what was advertised. Please send me a charger at your expense and I will gladly modify this comment.

After more than a year of use, there's nothing to complain about with the phone, which I bought in "good condition". Visually, it was as good as new. The battery was as good as new. There was a minor software problem at the start (which may well have been what caused the device to switch to refurbished condition). This made me hesitate to send it back, but in the end the problem was solved automatically by .... updating the OS. In short, I'm satisfied with my purchase and with the seller (PMO), based in France.
