Galaxy J3 (2016) 8GB - White - Unlocked

The product is fine, delivered quickly, nothing to report on this side. But this is the 2nd time I've gone through BackMarket and this is the 2nd time my item didn't work properly. The first time, I asked for a refund and bought new. No problem, it's just annoying. This time I have a problem with the storage. It tells me it's getting full when there's NOTHING on it, I just installed Spotify and uninstalled everything else as I only use it to listen to music. Also, the battery is fickle and drops to 0 as soon as I go below 45% or so I feel. I was expecting to get a refurbished one in very good working order, but every time there is a problem that would justify replacing it. I'm starting to think I'm really unlucky...

I have been using the product for years with satisfaction, the one purchased will be a spare so as not to learn new phones when mine is no longer usable. Anyway I switched it on to check its condition, result: EXCELLENT. The battery and camera I did not test!!! Same assessment for the other two products purchased and already in use for a few months.

I am delighted with my purchase, a refurbished device, which is exactly what I wanted. It is fairly light, not too big, and although a 2016 model, it is perfect. Thank you

The phone has not been unlocked, it came with an Orange operator and I have not been able to use it. The product arrived in very good condition and was perfect, except for the fact that it did not read any of the 4 sims I have at home. It's been a problem, because now I'm going to be without a mobile phone for 3 or 5 days.

I'm happy with the phone. However, the cable supplied for the phone and computer (usb C) didn't work for transferring files. That's my only downside, but it's a bit annoying. In fact I don't have any cables that work (except for charging) so I wonder if it's from the phone.

For people who can't access more recent smartphones, I recommend it because everything works perfectly.
