The returns process was easy and quick (there are some hoops to jump through which I understand). I received an instant refund into my Klarna account which enabled me to order something else straight away. Overall Galaxy Book 3 360 is an awesome bit of kit, I was just looking for something else. Back Market were excellent all the way through the order, from delivery to refund I was impressed.
