I am satisfied, I was able to polish out most of the scratches on the casing with very little effort. Display is free of scratches, battery is fine. Well, the A52 does what it should and works well. I'm happy with the purchase. I have already recommended BlackMarket to others.

Had it just over a week now and so far so good i had good condition and its almost new just a tiny scratch in the corner which isnt noticable when the phone is on ime so pleased with it, i ordered on the friday morning and it came the next day so realy fast delivery aswell will deffinately buy from them again 😀😀

I ordered an A52 that said "very good condition". I received a smartphone with a screen in 'very good condition', but a shell with marks that seemed to indicate that it had barely been cleaned, and above all with a very visible 2 cm deep scratch in the middle of the shell, like a black hair on the white shell, and a very visible 'dent' 2 cm long and almost 1 mm deep under the lenses. The condition of the hull should have led to a classification in the 'fair condition' category, given the characteristics of your selection: visible signs of wear. We can't say that sinking of the shell is a "slight sign of wear", from the "very good condition" selection. Having an urgent need to replace my smartphone, I kept the A52, carefully cleaning the shell. Nothing to say about the operation, so far no battery problems, very good fluidity. Best regards. Very functional phone in a condition I would have thought new! Special mention for the fact that I ordered the phone and it was at my house the next day. Did you know before I did that I wanted this phone? Just a little problem with the ignition button which is a bit pushed in. I didn't realise it at first, but once I'd put my rinoshield shell on, it became very complicated to turn the phone on. It must be a simple mechanical problem, but I don't know if I can go and see a repairer in my town so that he can do it simply, or if I absolutely have to send it back to the after-sales service. With work, it's almost impossible for me to part with my phone for more than a week. Comparing photos on the internet, I realised that the volume and power buttons should be at the same level. Which is not the case on my phone. Apart from that, very good! I will remain a backmarket customer without any worries!
