Amazing phone work perfectly

The phone is perfect - better than the "very good" condition given it in the description. BackMarket have been a dream to deal with - great comms, quirky language and approach. But best of all, when there was an issue with the delivery (the issue was with the courier, not BackMarket I hasten to add), BackMarket's customer care team were extremely responsive and very helpful (shout out to Moayet of the ReMarket Customer Care Team) so the top marks review I've given is really as much for that as for the phone itself. I will definitely use BackMarket again.

product arrival was latre than expected, but discussed it with customer support and received some money back as an apology for the delay which is really appreciated. in the end i got the device 3 days later than expected. also the phone is not the correct colour i ordered; its chrome silver not iridescent white. overall the phone looks brand new since i ordered it in excellent condition and the customer service staff is extremely friendly.

Order went great, product was delivered neatly and quickly. Phone still looks perfect too. However, I am using it as a back up phone for holidays because my old a51 crashed and never came back to work. Notice after today that this phone also has its problems. It also crashes, is very slow, touchscreen sometimes doesn't seem to work, typing letters twice in a row, new apps are somewhere on the phone but can only be seen through a search function.... That's a real shame. Wonder how long it will last, have a hard head in it and then 90 euros is quite a lot of money. 1st time refurbish for me, works better with newer models I think.
