The phone works very well and is in good condition. However, I regret the packaging of the phone, which was simply wrapped in bubble wrap with a charger cable without the plug. Apart from this small problem, I'm happy with my purchase.

I ordered a smartphone in black and received one in ice blue. It was a gift and could no longer be exchanged. The person receiving the gift didn't care and so everything went well anyway.

I'm not so happy with the mobile phone. It's much more complicated to use than my old one from a Chinese brand, which unfortunately had a faulty battery. The service from Back Market was good.

I chose the "good condition " option for the smartphone I chose. I must honestly admit that I was very pleasantly surprised when I took delivery of it because it looked like brand new. No damages on the screen, just 2 super mini scratches on the back which you wouldn't have even noticed if you bought it new in the shop. Fast delivery and reliable with track and trace code. Smartphone works perfectly. I can only praise my first purchase from Back Market. Highly recommended. My mind is made up, for another purchase in due course it will be back at Back Market.

I have received the phone... At the moment I don't know how it is, because the charger that came with it, but without a plug, is not a suitable charger... in the last two and a half hours the phone has only taken 10 per cent of the charge... This is the first time I have received a phone without the charger that goes with it...😨
