The phone is functional and as promised. Delivery was fast but UPS not good for a working person as the phone was delivered to my home without an agreed time window for delivery. Turning the package into the machine was a bit of a hassle.

I gave the phone to my mother and she was delighted. I find your service and follow-up excellent. Your help with the "forgotten password" made me laugh a lot... It's a pity that the phone didn't have a storage box, even a neutral one. I would recommend you in every sense of the word. All the best.

Delivery earlier than expected I think. On the other hand, one of the 2 phones has a deep impact visible in the light on the back and which is likely to spread... the condition should have been a notch lower... on the second... nothing to complain about...

Of all the devices bought on the back market, this device is the most damaged externally, scratched + crackling problem when connecting headphones, which prevents good listening via different headphones! But hey, it's second-hand...

It's so easy to order and choose your phone model from a wide selection. The only downside is the lack of protection in the packaging box, which would benefit from being reinforced. But overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience and my purchase.

This is my second Galaxy A22 5G smartphone and I'm very happy with it. The purchase process, delivery and condition were great. Conclusion: Back Market is highly recommended!
