I am very happy with my refurbished samsung phone, everything is working fine and it is nice to know that I am making a small contribution to a circular society, BackMarket's service is excellent!

Great company and the phone I wanted was in perfect condition, really pleased. HOWEVER, do not trade anything in if you are looking for honesty! I sent my previous phone in having been made an offer. It was in pristine condition, I looked after it extremely well. Once received, the third-party refurbisher offered me a lower amount saying there were dents and scratches. The photos provided were very clearly not the way I had packed up the phone and couldn't have been done in transit - to be frank, if it was even my phone (which I can't be sure of) the photos looked like there were scratches that had been deliberately made in one corner with a scourer or something. Go elsewhere for trade in!!

Unfortunately, the Samsung A21 is measurably slower than my predecessor, the A20e. The reception of WLAN and mobile data, as well as the strength of the telephone network, are also significantly weaker. Perhaps there is a technical deficit. Basically, it works, which is why it will be difficult to complain. In summary, however, I have to assume that this phone did not end up at Back Market for no reason and that I would not want to buy refurbished electronics in the future. The purchase itself went off without a hitch.

I have used backmarket before and was pleased I did last time and I'm super pleased this time also, the process was very simple the quality of product is outstanding for a refurbished phone it's as good as new and the ordering delivering process was spot on couldn't get any better 5star review deserves 6 I have and would recommend to everyone thank you backmarket I will certainly be back soon! 💯😍❤

Excellent service, phone is in excellent condition and arrived in double quick time. This is the 3rd reconditioned phone we've had from Back market
