Ordered an excellent condition Samsung A14 for my daughter. It looks like a brand new phone. Was so impressed that I ordered another for myself. Both phones arrived earlier than estimated. Will never buy a new phone again,as these "refurbished" really are as good as new,abd savwd a fortune!!

To be honest, at first I wasn't sure about buying a reconditioned phone, but now, I couldn't be happier. My phone arrived on time and in pristine condition. I'd definitely recommend Back Market. Plus, you don't have to take out a new phone contract. You can keep your own sim card. Better for you and better for the environment. What's not to like?!

I am delighted with my new phone.Although I was trying to do the right thing and buy a refurbished one, getting a new one for the same price was a bonus! I presume they were somehow surplus. Order and delivery was very efficient. I couldn't work out the model number of my old phone but would be happy to send it to you for recycling if that's an option? Thanks for great service!

I couldn't believe how cheap this phone was £120 for a literally a reconditioned brand new phone. I read up about the phone and it states that it's sluggish and takes age's to charge. I disagree with that I would recommend this to anyone who wants a decent phone for a fraction of the price. I will shop again on back market I received next day delivery even though its from France.

I am pleased with this purchase, works like new as I haven't had any issues so far but time is a great exposure of things. Frankly, it was within my price range as I really do not see any reason to buy a new on yhe market phone paying over the odds for them when a refurbished one will do exactly the same. More to the point I am not a go crazy for and new realise phone and really wouldn't contemplate spending a huge chunk of money on a hand set that'll go out of fashion within 3 months.
