I buy a phone the same way I would buy a washing machine or a freezer. It's a very useful device, like any other. But I have to say that with Back Market, everything was impeccable, as usual: condition of the device, delivery, honouring of commitments, etc ...

I buy here for reconditioning and therefore for the planet, so it should be clearer where the product comes from: mine came from >Tallinn, took the plane twice.... what a disappointment!
