My son asked me to look for a Galaxy A10 for him he didn’t mind reconditioned so I ordered one from Back Market, was a bit dubious at first but honestly I cannot fault this company at all, extremely quick delivery, the phone is great fully working and shiny clean, a fair price too, he’s happy as it’s his favourite phone and the screen was broken on the old one so yeah I will deffo use Back Market again, these guys are brill!

Bravo BackMarket, the phone is in very good condition and works very well, I am 100% convinced by the refurbished and your site is great! On the other hand (and that's why I'm not giving it top marks), you have to stop using UPS... There's no possibility of delivery at a relay point, so they come 3 times a week, don't leave the parcel even though it easily fits in the letterbox and then you have to go and pick it up from them (30 km from my house in my case) on a weekday within 5 working days otherwise it's gone. I wouldn't call that a delivery service.
