I decided to try Back Market & was pleasantly surprised. The process of purchase & delivery was easy & efficient. The product itself has, so far, exceeded my expectations. I'd recommend Back Market & probably would think about buying refurbished tech from them in the future, before buying new.

Perfect condition. Fast delivery. Very pleased with the phone, the only surprise is that it's a US version. So impossible to find a suitable case anywhere other than a US retailer... hello delivery times and costs.

I bought this device (Galaxy A03s) to replace my current phone of the same model. But the handset I received is not identical, contrary to what's advertised: turquoise instead of midnight blue, the optics take up more space on the back shell, no dual Sim as advertised, and even more curious: all software updates (Android, One UI, security patches) seem to be blocked to 2022 versions! All this leads me to suspect a possible counterfeit. I'm thinking of returning the product for a refund. I urge Back Market to be more scrupulous in its choice of resellers...
