J'ai reçu ma commande même pas 48 heures après donc extrêmement rapide. Je suis particulièrement satisfait de mon achat, il est est comme indiqué en parfait état, en plus dans sa boîte d'origine avec son chargeur. La seule chose qui manquait c'était le câble et la coque. Très satisfait donc de mon achat. C'est mon deuxième achat sur Back Market et je le recommande vivement.

My phone arrived in excellent condition as advertised it is like new I'm really pleased with this device, as this is my first purchase on Back Market I'm a bit surprised, glad and humbled that they actually delivered on the website specifications - when the delivery driver didn't have my full address details from tracking of my device to the call to customer services all the representatives seemed organised and were very helpful with updating my address information so that the delivery could be made with minimal delay. All in all a great purchase thanks to all involved.

Envoi très rapide. J'ai reçu le téléphone dans sa boîte d'origine, j'ai même l'impression d'ouvrir un produit neuf, tout les accessoires étaient présents (chargeur, coque et adaptateur pour faire l'échange de données avec mon ancien téléphone). Je suis vraiment très contente. A l'avenir, je pense faire d'autres achats sur Backmarket.

Le smartphone que j'attendais ! Une livraison un peu compliqué dû au service de La Poste mais très rapide concernant Back Market. Dommage de ne pas avoir eu le chargeur rapide du téléphone.
