Le smartphone est en très bon état, conforme à ce que dit l'annonce. Cependant, j'ai été très déçu de voir que celui-ci a été reconditionné en Estonie, à près de 3000km de mon domicile !!! L'expédition a été rapide mais l'impact environnemental de cet achat a finalement été bien pire que ce que je voulais. D'autant plus que vu les délais, c'est certaint qu'UPS a utilisé le fret par avion pour assurer la livraison. En y regardant de plus prêt, l'origne du reconditionneur était indiquée sur la page de présentation de l'article, mais je croyais que tout était reconditionné en France, alors je ne me suis pas méfié. Suggestion : mettre plus en avant l'origine de l'expédition des articles, annoncer immédiatement une évaluation du bilan CO2 de l'envoi et le mode d'expédition probable (avion, camion, train).

Empiezo remarcando: Escogí el grado de estado "Excelente". El estado del móvil es perfecto externamente y, parece también que internamente. He hecho tests de pruebas y todo funciona perfecto. Sin embargo la batería dura poco y se nota que ya había perdido un poco de su carga máxima antes de que llegara a mis manos. Por otro lado, creo que es muy mala política vender un teléfono que claramente funciona con carga rápida de más de 20W con un cargador de 10W. No se pueden aprovechar todas las funcionalidades del móvil. Aunque cargadores tenemos todos, en este caso no se puede sacar el máximo provecho del dispositivo si no se tiene el cargador original o uno de potencia similar. Por lo tanto, es equivalente a no vender el producto completo. He tenido que comprarme por mi cuenta el cargador original de OnePlus.

C'est le 2ème mobile acheté pour mes enfants via Back market et vraiment aucun regret. Peut-être une remarque concernant le nettoyage qui était plutôt moyen mais tant qu'il n'y a pas de mauvaise surprise tout va bien.

El teléfono aparentemente funciona (hay cosas que aun no he probado). Eso si, encontré un problema con la clavija de los auriculares, que la expulsaba del teléfono. Con una lupa y mucha paciencia conseguí sacar la bola de pelusa del interior del conector de auriculares del teléfono que impedía el contacto. Deberíais revisar los diferentes agujeros del teléfono antes de enviarlo; da mala imagen encontrarse con las pelusas del bolsillo del anterior dueño ;)

Délais de livraison respectés, le téléphone arrive bien emballé,avec un câble pour pouvoir le charger En très bon état, je l'utilise depuis 1 semaine et il se porte bien. Seul micro bémol, le port USB C un peu fatiguée, le câble d'alimentation peu vite se déloger Mais pour le prix, je suis très content pour l'instant

I haven't used the phone & have only charged it. Still undecided if I will keep it because the unlocking ( finger print, face scan) is not for me & drawing a design on the screen is a complete pain in the but to do every time, so am still using my original phone. Also not sure how to transfer apps etc
