Phone not in acceptable working condition, battery doesn't charge, easily cleanable dust and dirt around camera housing, no effort made to clean it. Awful experience, will not shop from Back Market in future

My recent order OnePlus 9 pro I received well, when I was ordered I thought may be I will get phone in good condition but I really overvelmed like it's new phone no one can say it's referbished or else. Thanks to Back Market to provide such wonderful platform where customer like us will get our espire items within our budget with no complaint.

The product was in good condition, I didn't even see any scratches although the product description said "good condition" means that there could be some. My spouse and I have both ordered from here and have been happy. Safe, friendly, fast service. The only minus on the phone is that the battery dies in a day, so it may not be so prime in the nossa anymore.

Fast delivery. Absolutely uncomplicated in connection with PayPal. Condition oneplus 9 pro..absolutely as good as new and not even the slightest scratch. Excellent condition also means excellent! Charging cable and warp charge power supply included. Even Sim eject tool.... Absolutely complete package. Ordered a 2nd mobile phone for my parents straight away. With an S9, which didn't just appear yesterday and in very good condition, we received an absolutely flawless mobile phone, as if fresh off the manufacturer's production line. Amazing! Only here.

So far I am very happy, less than a month ago that I have it but has not given me any problems, I came with camera protector put, a tip. The shipment arrived quickly and when I took the phone out it looked like new. The battery works well, with normal use it lasts between 20-24 hours. I had doubts about buying a refurbished one but in the end I don't regret it and in fact I don't think I'll buy new mobiles again. To put a downside, it only came with a charging cable, it didn't come with a power adapter... On AliExpress I found an "official" 80W one for 14€ so it wasn't much of a problem.

Very happy with the product. I had chosen "very good condition" (a discreet scratch next to the lens but nothing too serious and not visible when taking photos/videos). Very fast delivery. Weak point: the battery, which drains quickly on applications such as Facebook and Instagram. The phone is fast and fluid, though. A real pleasure to use.
