Your service has been great..... however I'm disappointed that phone charge is nearly empty by early afternoon, so has to be put on charge again, is this normal for this phone? Also I have tried to respond to the are you happy....if not contact us.....this comes up as an error so I can't contact you say I'm not completely happy with the phone. Your response would be appreciated. Thank you
