tel nokia 5.4 in very good condition as described. delivered on time and well protected. however in its operation I already find defects of old age, which have led me to change tel. latency in responsiveness sometimes important. white pages or that block and requires back ... etc.. Nothing to worry about at the moment, as I'm used to my old one, but I've only been using it for 5 days. to be continued...

received today very easy to set up battery is OK The phone is in very good condition, no scratches. delivery not very fast during the festive period from germany but good. sometimes the message app takes a while to launch but that's a detail very good value for money :)

The delivery was fast, even though the mobile has travelled a lot! Thanks to the conditioner who fixed it and thanks to you for setting up this much-needed recycling system, with so many materialistic people throwing away products so easily.

I took the phone less than 2 weeks ago as a 5+ year old 100 euro phone was getting old (which may affect the review). My intention was to get a phone that could be used for necessities. I tried to avoid games and SoMe services. When I ordered the phone, I felt a bit cheated by that student discount. They said "20€ discount on everything", EVERYTHING! As soon as I created an account and confirmed that I was a student, they said that the product had to be at least 250€... (Yes, if I had bothered to scroll down a bit, I would have seen a text saying that the benefit only applies to products over 250€, but it was misleading/contradictory advertising anyway, so...) PROS! At least the phone arrived on time, or 1 day earlier than predicted (good) and I'm otherwise happy with my purchase so far. When I received the phone, the phone appeared to be in mint condition. Not a scratch on it. The sim hatch key did not come with it (difficulty opening the hatch) and the charger was Samsung branded (no problem). No manual came with it either (easily found online). After 2 weeks of limited use, the phone seems nice and still like new. The battery life is good and there is enough memory. The camera works. With light use, the phone lasts at least 2-4 days without charging. After all the apps I need (27GB), I still have 80% (100GB) of storage left. I hope the phone will last at least 5 years. What I am not completely satisfied with is the way the phone is set up. There are new features on the phone that I don't understand how they work and I don't know where to find out more about them. For example, the emergency number had some weird key combination that has already made me call the emergency number twice by mistake, and the combination of which I still don't know for sure (possibly the Google + On/Off button). Anyway, an annoying feature (unless you happen to be blind). I took the Google button off and my life got easier.

We're very satisfied with Back Market, which works very well at every level. But we're disappointed with the Nokia 5.4 we bought: it's too big, sometimes bugs, and it's difficult to adapt to the features. We would have liked Back Market to be able to offer a trade-in service.

Fast delivery. The battery works well: with moderate use (texts and calls, a few internet consultations), it lasts 2 full days. The phone is operational straight away and the software has the latest version of Android, so it works with all the updates. I'm very satisfied with my purchase after just a few weeks. It was my first purchase from Backmarket. I hope the phone will be operational for a few more years, it saves resources and avoids waste.

C'est un bon achat en terme de prix/quality. Il faudra maintenant voir à l'utilisation. Et évaluer la durabilité.
