It comes with a neck strap and a case. The downside is that the lens cap doesn't stay on the lens and I had to order a new one, and the screen is quite scratched. Even so, the camera works perfectly.

First experience on Backmarket very disappointing, I ordered this camera for my holidays and surprise! the camera does not turn on! in fact the battery compartment is broken and therefore no way to power it, bravo reconditioning! The camera hadn't been cleaned at all, it still had dust and a cigarette smell. I put one star only for the responsiveness of customer service.
