It was quite nice that it already had a screen protector fitted but I don't know if this was deliberate or by chance from the previous owner. The only thing I would try to improve is the type of packaging used by your reseller. This website prides itself on being environmentally friendly yet we had plastic tape on what looked like a new external box, with bubble wrap inside. You could perhaps provide your resellers with branded sustainable fibre or paper-based tape, as a marketing opportunity??
