Although the customer service has been very good and generates confidence, especially in the first purchase you make, unfortunately I had to return the phone. At first, curiously, the terminal could not be turned off, which surprised me and caused me some concern. Then it seemed to work fine, but the screen was too bluish... I tried everything to get normal colours, but it was useless and that's why I have returned the terminal. Also regarding the price, it comes to cost what a new one cost at the end of its sales cycle, MINUS VAT (which curiously being shipped from the EU should not be charged). So I would understand and/or tolerate certain faults if the savings were significant, but considering that it comes out for the same price, is used and does NOT come with the accessories.... In this case they also have a high cost, being a dock, charger and special cable to connect to the TV, it honestly doesn't seem a good price to me. And I say this with precise knowledge, as I bought this mobile in June from Motorola but I lost it and I wanted another one like it, but it is not sold directly anymore... A pity.
