Hola. No he dicho nada aún porque el portatil llegó sin windows y tuve que reenviarlo y la vuelta y todo se demoró mucho tiempo. Pero la verdad es que no ha hecho más que dar problemas desde el dia 0. Se queda bloqueado en cuanto dejas de estar escribiendo un par de minutos y no se abre, hay que apagarlo y tarda un siglo en reiniciarse y volver a estar operativo. Es insufrible y no mejora, no desaparece ese problema. Por otra parte se calienta enseguida. Me gustaria que la garantía se vea de alguna forma. No quiero una reparación, creo que sólo puede ser una solución un cambio. POR FAVOR, ARREGLEN ESTE PROBLEMA.
