I was very satisfied! The Back Market service was excellent and the seller buytec srl was very good. For 439€ I took the i7 16/512gb version with Italian keyboard; I was perplexed about the "good" grade, fearing that I'd get a ruined Mac, as it happens with many other sellers, that I wouldn't like it and that it would make me look bad carrying it around. Instead it is almost new. Really unnoticeable signs of use, and I am very fussy and careful about aesthetics, there is only one very small and slight dent that is also hard to see and moreover on the underside of the Mac resting on the table. The battery has less than 200 cycles and is at 87%, so on this front too, all promises have been kept.

This model could perhaps not be bettered. The computer, labelled GOOD, has some micro-scratches on the monitor, which however are not noticeable, and a key that is almost broken, but for now it can go and if it breaks permanently I have someone who can replace it. The single port for charging, usb etc., is a bit stripped but works and the plastic on the right edge and above is quite worn. The technician has updated the computer in Monterey with all available updates and the machine is quite fast. The thing that made me exult and left the technician amazed is that the battery is new. In short I KEEP IT

I waited a few months after purchase (May 2023) to leave a review. The mac book works very well, the only flaw is the keyboard. Some keys have to be pressed several times to issue the required command (space and return especially), other than that it is working well and is very comfortable to carry in a backpack due to its limited size and weight

unfortunately the PC doesn't work, the keyboard gives problems, the keys don't work....pity I was hoping for a better product, given the choice made as 'excellent'. I wonder if I had chosen 'good'. I contacted support and sent the package back....hopefully I won't regret my choice to trust Back Market...
