    ¡Hola! Os cuento mi experiencia. Compré este equipo y lo recibí en casa muy rápido. La experiencia de entrega fue muy buena. El equipo estaba muy bien, prácticamente impecable, pero la batería tenía una vida del 72% (Backmarket asegura que deben tener por encima del 80%). En contacto con el servicio de BackMarket me indicaron que podía enviarlo a que me cambiaran la batería. Aunque no era algo muy relevante para mí, porque el resto del equipo estaba muy bien, así lo hice. Envié el equipo y tras varios días, me dijeron que no lo iban a reparar y que se lo quedaban y no me lo devolvían. Tras mucho insistir en que quería el equipo (porque lo había comprado y pagado), el comprador no hizo ni caso y se negó a devolverme el equipo. Lo que hicieron fue devolverme el dinero, ¡pero yo quería el equipo! Así que podríamos decir que "me robaron" el equipo que había comprado, porque se lo envié y ya no quisieron devolvérmelo. Es importante que sepáis que os pueden robar el equipo si lo enviáis a reparar... No creo que vuelva a comprar por aquí (una pena que el servicio del vendedor haya sido tan malo).
