    I was looking for a new Mac after more than 10 years from the previous one; an IT friend recommended this site and selected a range of proposals. The friend's and the site's reliability moved me from a conviction (prejudice or fear that it was): that of buying second-hand, 'because you never know, even the best refurbished ones over time might turn out to be lacking in some way', I thought. In these very first days of use I can enjoy a MacBook Pro 16" touch bar retina indistinguishable from a new one: the external conditions are perfect in every component, and on the functioning at the moment I can say the same. The battery is new and it shows. Everything, moreover, arrived perfectly packaged and protected, just the charger jolted a little in the packaging, but still surrounded by cardboard. I don't think I will have to update the review or -worse- have any complaints in the future; at the moment I am totally satisfied!

    I got my MacBook Pro today, very nice and very well kept, almost like new, everything works perfectly, the QWERTY Keyboard - Italian apart from letters and numbers and the semicolon the other keys don't match and I don't know what to do, how can I solve the problem, I would need someone to tell me what to do, thank you all. Otherwise great product. I had already bought an Iphone 14 Pro which is also perfect.

    The PC arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. I bought it with the 'good' option and it has only a few tiny, almost imperceptible scratches. I chose to pay for shipping and, to my surprise, the package arrived even a day earlier than expected (it was supposed to take 3/4 days, but it arrived in only 2). I don't give it full marks just because the only flaw is the absence of the Apple charger.

    Product arrived in non-original packaging but packed with shockproof air plastic excellent for shipping perhaps better than the original. Computer as per instructions on the site, the only flaw is the non-original Apple power supply but on the other hand it must be said that they put two in the package which are still handy. For the price I'd say excellent quality service and definitely eco-friendly to give a second life to discarded PCs
