Il computer ha un problema nella parte LED della tastiera, continua ad oscillare la luce. Io ho viaggiato i per questo motivo non ho potuto cambiare adesso il prodotto, però molto probabilmente futuramente lo farei. Adesso per il momento il computer funzione completamente bene nonostante abbia questo problema. El producto ha sido decepcionante, al igual que el proceso de compraventa. Que menos que si compras un producto este tenga un correcto funcionamiento, pero no fue así e igualmente opté por recurrir a esa garantía comercial. Hice los trámites pertinentes para devolver el producto al vendedor y que me lo reparasen o sustituyesen, en ningún momento exigí un reembolso y aún así es lo único que me ofrecen.
