Ordered a Macbook Pro Core i7, received it in 2 days, great delivery by DHL courier, but sadly and frustratingly it wasn't i7 which obviously i paid more for, it was core i5 and it didn't have an SSD drive as it was supposed to have. DHL'd back for a full refund - :(

Got my MacBook Pro 2020 a few days ago it overheats when I use it and the noise of the fan is so loud got a broken wire with the MacBook the battery goes up and down all the time one minute it’s on 45% I don’t use it and I don’t put it on charge and then it hops 60% I bought it in excellent condition and there is like a weird circle on my screen I don’t know what it’s from it’s been there since I got it.

I have bought several laptops, desktops and tablets from Back Market. This one was for my partner. She's and using it now and is well pleased with it. Of all the back Market products so far only one failed and it was replaced with a better, newer one which I am currently typing this on. I will (as they say) be back, probably for a reconditioned iWatch.

When I initially opened the box I was slightly disappointed at the condition (I ordered excellent) but quickly realised it is 4 years old & refurbished after all- brand new quality comes at brand new prices. There are some marks on the screen (maybe from where there’s been stickers) but everything works as it should, it’s rapid, & mainly has no problem keeping up with my work load - Recording bands etc Absolutely love this machine & would recommend Backmarket to anyone!
