3.2/5Purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro which came with a password protected account. I have therefore not been able to log on to use the MacBook. I have attempted to ‘ask for help’ through the contact centre a number of times but there is no help available for my particular problem and no way to actually contact anyone. I have raised emails through the email addresses I have received emails from however no responses have come. I have also tried contacting the actual seller with no luck there either.
