Definitely worth five stars! My MacBook Pro arrived 5 days before I was expecting it alongside working perfectly, barely having any signs of use at all (I bought my laptop in excellent condition). Highly recommend this service to anyone.

I received the Macbook a day early which was brilliant it works perfectly fine and I have experienced no issues. The only issue was the faulty charger and they fixed that as soon as possible. Overall a great purchase.

The laptop is so clean, no scratch, Very fast. Maybe, it is how Macbook battery last because It didn't last through my second presentation. That's the reason, I am returning it. But the phone and other things I bought from backmarket are fantastic. The seller sold phone to my friend, which my friend has been using for over a year now. Delivery was on time. Package is intact.

I got the 2020 13.3 - inch 16GB SSD 512 QWERTY in fair condition. I was nervous to get fair condition but I did and it is great. The keys are all good no crumbs or anything like that. Touch pad sensitivity is high, screen is great and there are barely any scratches. I made the right choice. It can be nerve-racking to make a big purchase like this but quality of what I have received has reminded me the importance of investing in your tools and productivity. Highly reccomend

Purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro which came with a password protected account. I have therefore not been able to log on to use the MacBook. I have attempted to ‘ask for help’ through the contact centre a number of times but there is no help available for my particular problem and no way to actually contact anyone. I have raised emails through the email addresses I have received emails from however no responses have come. I have also tried contacting the actual seller with no luck there either. Please can someone reply to this review with a way of how to get in contact with someone.
