I chose this model because of the good reviews, and I am very happy with it. When I first got it there was a little extra epoxy around the screen, probably from the refurb. Was so easy to order all the info is there on website. Delivered super fast thanks for that. Its early days yet so we shall see. Unsure whether it's supposed to get hot.. the heat of the laptop after downloading a few bits yesterday made it hot 🔥 and I mean hot. Laptop appears to be in mint condition. Only complaint is that the charging plug and cable were filthy which would have taken two minutes to wipe. I bought the excellent quality and it does look good. One of the keys doesn’t press properly and feels stuck but overall a good order. First time buying at BackMarket & I’m very pleased with the quality of the item. The delivery was very fast, came before its expected day. There are numerous keys that when pressed will add duplicated letters or symbols (including the space bar). This means all text has to be proofed more than necessary. It's been an issue since the laptop arrived, I never thought of sending a complaint, but it has been getting increasingly worse with use.
